Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most states in the continental U.S. There are some states that have restrictions on Delta-9. In checkout, add your shipping details and it will alert you if we're unable to ship.

How fast will I get my order?
We ship within 1–2 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 days. Tracking info will hit your inbox once we ship.

My order says delivered, but it’s not here- what do I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a bit early. If it doesn’t show up after 48 hours, shoot us an email—we got you.
Returns & Subscriptions
Can I return my order?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive cans that are punctured or leaking, or if there are missing items in your order, please contact us promptly, and we will be happy to issue a credit or replacement.
Please note that dented cans are still safe to consume and do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Psilly Goose does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except for orders returned due to an insufficient address or damage that occurred during transit.
Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on consumable products. Please review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their use. We cannot issue refunds for products that cannot be consumed after purchase.
Damaged Deliveries:
Report any damage within 7 days of delivery to hello@drinkpsilly.com.
If 4 or more cans are damaged, we will replace the damaged quantity.
If 3 or fewer cans are damaged, we will issue a credit equal to the value of those cans (we do not ship single-can replacements).
Minor dents that do not affect product safety or seal are not eligible for refund or replacement.
What if my can is damaged or leaking?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive cans that are punctured or leaking, or if there are missing items in your order, please contact us promptly with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right.
Please note that dented cans are still safe to consume and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
For any cans that arrive leaking, we will:
• Replace the quantity of damaged cans
• Issue a credit equivalent to the value of the damaged cans.
• Please note, we cannot send singular cans in the event that less than 6 cans have been damaged. In this case, we will provide a future credit.

Can I pause my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime- no strings attached. Just log into your subscription portal or reach out to our team directly. If a recurring order has already shipped before the change kicks in, we won’t be able to stop it mid-flight. In that case, you’re welcome to return it, but a restocking fee may apply per our return policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal- just log in with your email and password. Scroll to the bottom of your profile and hit “Cancel Subscription” to pause or cancel. Prefer a break instead of a full stop? You can pause it for as long as you need. Just a heads-up: we can only lock in your current pricing for active or paused subscriptions—not canceled ones.
